PourLor Original Abstract Acrylic, Ink, Felt and Resin Art - Perth Western Australia
TOP END REEF
Commission
Top End Reef was inspired by Google Earth imagery of Darwin coast line. The client wanted an ocean themed painting similar to Onslow and Coogee. The perspective on this piece is from a satellite view of the coast. This canvas is 1 x 1.5 metres and has taken about a month to create.

Resin preparations
Second resin application after the first revealed some hair. Also the first coat of resin cured too quickly which created areas of uneveness across the surface
