Composition Correction

The Pond on Wood Panel

I decided to create the pond based on my coasters and trivets but with more detail. Resin on canvas is tricky so I purchased a Wood Panel - recommended by resin artists.

Dirty Smudge

Tried this technique before with coasters. Just pour paint onto table and smudge panel into it

Doesnt look like much, wanted some light in the base colour

First layer resin

Resin with ink and mica powder, first resin and composition not good

Scone and Coffee break

Second Resin

Wanted deeper green, and fix flowers. Overall composition was bad, don't even have a photo

Decided to paint over resin with acrylics to fix composition

Add colour to fish

Composition much better, third resin required to complete

Third and final resin. Swirled green resin over fish and left some clear to keep the white
